Poligraph 70 Plus Premium Resin

Medium-low viscosity isophthalic polyester resin with thixotropic properties.

Technical Information

  • Fast curing cycle.
  • Excellent impregnation in fibreglass.
  • Fully compatible with pigments.
  • High mechanical properties.
  • High resistance to water and temperature.
  • Improves thermal conductivities.
  • Designed as a base resin for working with fibreglass.
  • Good interlayer adhesion and very low linear and volumetric shrinkage.
  • The percentage of MEKP (methyl ethyl ketone peroxide) should be between 0.75% and 1.5%, although it can be increased up to 2% to reduce the gel time.
  • The application can be manual or by machine.
  • May be used in pultrusion processes.
  • The product must be stored in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC.
  • Its expiry date is 4 months under these conditions.
  • Generally, products will be supplied in drum format.
