Poligraph 140 Plus Premium Resin

Ortho-phthalic polyester resin with medium-low viscosity, fully polymerisable, high reactivity, and thixotropic.

Technical Information

  • Fast curing cycle.
  • Fully compatible with pigments.
  • High mechanical properties.
  • Improves thermal conductivity.
  • Designed as a base resin for work with fibreglass or injection resins.
  • Good interlayer adhesion and very low linear and volumetric shrinkage.
  • Inert mineral fillers such as calcium carbonates, calcium sulphates, dolomite, or silica can be added.
  • The percentage of MEKP (methyl ethyl ketone peroxide) that should be added is between 0.75% and 1%, although it can be increased up to 2% to reduce gel time.
  • The application can be done manually or by machine.
  • May be used in pultrusion processes.
  • The product must be stored in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 25ºC.
  • Its expiry date is 4 months under these conditions.
  • Generally, products will be supplied in drum format.
